These Terms of Service (Terms) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (Subscriber, you, or your) and DI Producoes LTDA (Company, we, us, or our) regarding your use of our SMS marketing service.

By providing your mobile phone number and consenting to receive text messages from us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

3. Message Frequency and Content

3.1 Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on current promotions and campaigns. You may receive up to 5 messages per week. We reserve the right to adjust message frequency as needed.

You can cancel your participation in our SMS program at any time by replying STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message.

After you send the STOP message, you will receive one final confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed.

Important: If you opt out and later provide your phone number again through our opt-in process, you will be considered as having given new consent to receive messages, and messages will resume.

Our SMS program is supported by major U.S. carriers including but not limited to:

• Sprint
• U.S. Cellular
• Boost Mobile
• Metro PCS
• Virgin Mobile

T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Other carriers may apply similar limitations. We are not responsible for any delays or failures in message delivery caused by your mobile carrier.

6. Accuracy of Information

6.1 Your Responsibility

You are responsible for:
• Providing accurate and current phone number information
• Updating your contact information if your phone number changes
• Ensuring you have authorization to use the phone number provided
• Notifying us immediately if you no longer control the phone number

6.2 Unauthorized Use

You may not provide another persons phone number without their explicit permission. Doing so may violate applicable laws and regulations, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DI PRODUCOES LTDA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SMS SERVICE.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DI Producoes LTDA from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from or related to your use of the SMS program or violation of these Terms.

12. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the SMS service at any time, with or without notice.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States.

15. Compliance with Laws

Our SMS program complies with: TCPA, CAN-SPAM, CTIA Guidelines, A2P 10DLC, and applicable state-specific laws.

16. Severability

If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force.

17. Entire Agreement
